NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated Dec. 19, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-004976 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and STEPHEN MCCULLAGH, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 3, Parkwood III, Section 31, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres according to the map or plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 95, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
