NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2019 in the above action, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Hillsborough, Florida, on January 23, 2020, at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
Starting at the iron stake at the Northwest corner of Lot 7, thence East parallel with the North boundary of Lot 7 a distance of 88 feet, thence South parallel with the East boundary of Lot 7 a distance of 656 feet to the iron stake, this being the point of beginning. Thence South parallel with the East boundary of Lot 7 a distance of 82 feet, thence East parallel with the North boundary of Lot 7 a distance of 70 feet, thence North parallel with the East boundary of Lot 7 a distance of 82 feet, thence West parallel with the North boundary of Lot 7 a distance of 70 feet to point of beginning. Lot 7 being a subdivision of the East 2804 feet of Government Lots 2 and 3 of Section 23, Township 30 South, Range 19 East, according to the map or plat thereof, as the same is recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 45 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County;

Thence Westerly along the Northerly boundary of Lot 7 a distance of 18 feet to the point of beginning, Hillsborough County, Florida.
