NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 04, 2019, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-006484 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6, is Plaintiff, and ALISHA NESBITT A/K/A ALISHA N. NESBITT, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 20, OF DEL RIO ESTATES, UNIT #3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND
ALL THAT PART OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, LYING NORTH OF LOT 2 IN BLOCK 20 OF DEL RIO ESTATES UNIT NO. 3, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34 ON PAGE 80 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND LYING BETWEEN NORTHERLY EXTENSIONS OF THE EAST AND WEST BOUNDARIES OF SAID LOT 2.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
