NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19-003319-CI of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HIDDEN CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and MERRICK M. MCKENZIE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MERRICK M. MCKENZIE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR BEAZER MORTGAGE CORPORATION; VERONICA M. LOPEZ; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [ ] www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 21st day of January, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
