RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale granted on December 12, 2019 and entered in Case No. 18-004638-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC, is Plaintiff, and RONALD TOWNSEND, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 8, CRESTRIDGE SUBDIVISION 1ST ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 48, Page 101, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
