NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 16, 2019, and entered in Case No. 17-001088-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and ROBERT L. SMITH; PARK, OSSIAN,BARNAKY & PARK; STATE OF FLORIDA,DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CYNTHIA F. SMITH; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; VALLEY NATIONAL BANK N.A. FKA 1ST UNITED BANK; RAINBOW FARMS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, RAINBOW FARMS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGE(S) 59, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING:
FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 28, RUN THENCE SOUTH 89º 35' 06” EAST, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 28, 30.00 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; RUN THENCE NORTH 72º 57' 27” EAST, 42.0 FEET; RUN THENCE SOUTH 17º 02' 33” EAST, 13.21 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89º 35' 06” WEST, ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE OF LOT 28, 44.03 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
