NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-004776-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-2, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF CLARA LEE HILL A/K/A CLARA L. HILL; JULIAN HILL A/K/A JULIAN BERNARD HILL; LORIA HILL A/K/A LORIA A. JONES; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; CAVALRY PORTFOLIO SERVICES LLC, AS ASSIGNEE OF CAVALRY SPV I, LLC, AS ASSIGNEE OF GMAC; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 22ND day of JANUARY, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
