NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19-001270-CO of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CHALET- ON- THE- LAKE CONDOMINIUMS, INC. is Plaintiff, and NANCY THOUN A/K/A NANCY WILLIAMS AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE KHESHFI M. LOHMANN REVOCABLE INTER VIVOS TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 5, 1990; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [ ] www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 21st day of January, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 108, CHALET-ON-THE-LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 11, Pages 88 and 89, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3881, Page 775 and re-recorded in Official Records Book 3898, Page 150, of the Public records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with it's undivided interest or share in the common elements.
