NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Partial Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure as to Parcel I of the Plaintiff's Complaint entered December 18, 2019, in this cause, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 7, Block 5, PINE CREST, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 66, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the South 1/2 of vacated alleyway abutting on the North side of said lot.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on February 20, 2020.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIEN HOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
