NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, against J. ALLEN MILLER, a/k/a JACK ALLEN MILLER or ALLEN MILLER, the Pinellas County Sheriff will sell the personal property, whether tangible or intangible situated in Pinellas County, Florida, located on the east segregated area of the Leased Premises used in the business commonly known as Mobile Development located at 12190 U.S. Highway 19 N, Clearwater, Florida 33764 (“Leased Premises”), all items, including, but not limited to:
All rights, title and interest in all machinery, apparatus, equipment, fittings, fixtures, whether actually or constructively attached to the Leased Premises, including but not limited to those specifically described as follows: Chevy - 1GNCS13WXX2125963 (Certificate of Destruction); various refurbished RV Rooftop air conditioners; various parts to RVs and trailers; boat motor; aluminum float trailer; one Nissan forklift; jewelry; computer and printers with software; various scrap metal; various metal scaffolding and storage racks; ladders; hand tools; air tools; power tools; lawn mower; tire rims; vehicle parts; storage boxes; clothes; office supplies; binders, folders and papers; and furniture, located on or incident to the Leased Property, but excluding: Trailer (4EHAS2424RS001047); Fleetwood
RV (3FCMF53G1VJA01668); and
GMC (1GKCT18W9TK509522) (“Personal Property”).
public sale shall occur as a single lot for all Personal Property to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Leased Premises, at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, January 10, 2020. Potential bidders other than the Judgment Creditor, 12190 HIGHWAY 19 LLC, are required to register their name, address, Email and phone number and make a deposit of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) in cash or immediately available funds with the Clerk of the Circuit Court by no later than Wednesay, January 8, 2020, at 3:00 P.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
