limited liability company, and their respective unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors and other parties claiming by, through, under or against them, if alive, and if any of the named defendants are dead, any heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other persons or entities claiming to have any right, title or interest in and to the lands which constitute the subject matter of this action,

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a suit to quiet title to the following-described parcel of property in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lot 30, Block 3812, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, Section 63, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 77A through 77G, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Lot 34, Block 3812, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, Section 63, a subdivision according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 77A through 77G, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Lot 52, Block 901, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, Section 34, a subdivision according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 38A through 33H, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Begin at the SE corner of Section 6, Township 41 South, Range 23 East and run North on the section line 887.58 feet to the South-Easterly right of way of the A.C.L. Railroad; thence South 64° 40' West along the said right of way 449.19 feet for a point of beginning, said point of beginning being 416 feet from the West right of way of Cooper Street (60 feet right of way); thence continue South 64° 40' West a distance of 156 feet, thence South 208 feet, thence North 64° 40' East, 156 feet, thence North 208 feet to the point of beginning, less the Westerly 27 feet thereof.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on EDWARD L. WOTITZKY, Esq. of Wotitzky, Wotitzky, Ross, McKinley & Young, P.A., Attorneys at Law, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1107 West Marion Avenue, Unit 111, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950 on or before the 4th day of March, 2019, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
