NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 28, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 011228 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB, N/K/A WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Zoila Gomez, Jane Tenant I NKA Araceli Carmona, Jane Tenant II NKA Brandy Williams, John Tenant 1 NKA Darwin Carmona, John Tenant II NKA David Bradley, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 6th day of March, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
