NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 24, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2017CA002128AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, in trust for registered holders of Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-WL3, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-WL3, is the Plaintiff and Jose A. Morales, Copperfield Subdivision Homeowners Association, Inc., Dalila A. Morales, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Yaynelys Morales, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 27th day of February, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
