NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 7, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA003006, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein AMERICAN ADVISORS GROUP, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST GERALD F. BOND A/K/A GERALD BOND, DECEASED; ROBERT N. BOND, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF GERALD F. BOND A/K/A GERALD BOND, DECEASED; ROBERT N. BOND, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF GERALD F.
