NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 24, 2019, and entered in Case No. 41 2017CA000211AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION D/B/A/ GTE FINANCIAL, is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF ERNEST G. COTTON, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina 'Angel' Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27 day of February, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit M-7, BAYSHORE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, SECTION 12, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 363, Page 391, and amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof, recorded in condominium Book 1, Page 42, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
