NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 24, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2017CA003844AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., is Plaintiff, and ROBERT WALSH A/K/A ROBERT W. WALSH, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina 'Angel' Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27 day of March, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, Block 43, HOLIDAY HEIGHTS 2ND ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 27, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
