NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of January, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2013CA007044, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and TROY C. CHAMBERS A/K/A TROY CHAMBERS; ABPAYMAR, LLC; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION FKA MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; WHITNEY MEADOWS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; RONDA L. CHAMBERS A/K/A RHONDA L. CHAMBERS AKA RONDA GERKEN-CHAMBERS; G. CRAIG SORIA; UNKNOWN PARTY N/K/A (NAME REFUSED); and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
