NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 24, 2019, and entered in Case No. 41-2018-CA-000642 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for The Certificateholders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2005-56, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2005-56, is the Plaintiff and Daniel Greene a/k/a Daniel R. Greene, Pamela A. Greene, Fairways at Imperial Lakewoods Phase 1A-1 Homeowners' Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Citibank Federal Savings Bank, its successor and assigns, are
defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 27th day of February, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
