RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 17, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2017CA000289000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC., is Plaintiff, and JAN E. CARPENTER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of February, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 15, DAVENPORT ESTATES PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 142, PAGE(S) 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
