NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 17, 2018 in Civil Case No. 11-2018-CA-000524-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and MARCOS E. GARCIA MIYARES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARCOS E. GARCIA MIYARES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR HSBC MORTGAGE CORPORATION (USA); UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A JUANA PEREZ are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Crystal K. Kinzel will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Court House Annex, Collier County Court House at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on February 21, 2019 at 11:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 96, UNIT 69, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
