NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17 day of October, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-000720, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”) is the Plaintiff and MILANO SECTION II RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INC. MILANO RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC. KELLIE GINGREY MELISSA LARSON UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A D'NAE WOODRUFF TIMOTHY P. CORDT; and ZHAO XIA YU IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. CRYSTAL K. KINZEL as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 21 day of February, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 204, MILANO ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 69 THROUGH 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
