TRUST 2006-HE5 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006 HE5 is the Plaintiff and AIMEE L. ARTER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AIMEE L. ARTER N/K/A ROBERT KOFF; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURTS, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 26, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
