NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 25, 2019, entered in Case No. 112018CA0025360001XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF8 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and Angelo B. Campanello; Diane M. Campanello; Collier County, Florida are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the February 21, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 2, TRAIL ACRES, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 50, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
