Final Judgment was awarded on January 23, 2019in Civil Case No. 18-CA-002185, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and PEDRO L SUAREZ A/K/A PEDRO SUAREZ; JOSEPH L. SUAREZ; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PEDRO L SUAREZ A/K/A PEDRO SUAREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH L. SUAREZ, are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on February 22, 2019 at 09:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, block 6, unit 1, section 24, township 44 south, range 26 east, lehigh acres, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 15, page 68, of the public records of lee county, florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
