NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-004174, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-7 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JOSE M. LUGO; OLGA SANTOS LUGO; TARGET NATIONAL BANK; BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 21 day of February, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 228, UNIT 61, MIRROR LAKES, SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 84 THROUGH 160 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
