RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 15, 2019 and entered in Case No. 16-CA-002032 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, LP, is Plaintiff, and SCOTT HOOVER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of February, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Unit 1601, Paseo, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2007000131860, and subsequent amendments thereto, of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
