Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Sarasota County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
LOT 3636 AND 3637, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 12, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA, COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest bidder for cash, on April 24, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. on Sarasota County's Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statues.
