NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23,2019 entered in Case No. 18-CA-2499 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Darla Jacoby a/k/a Darla Lianne Jacoby; Unknown Spouse of Darla Jacoby a/k/a Darla Lianne Jacoby; Caloosa Lakes Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Jody O. Jacoby a/k/a Jody Owen Jacoby are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the March 25, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, CALOOSA LAKES PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2006000358513, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
