Lot 20 and a portion of Lot 22, Block A, HILLCREST-SECOND ADDITION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1 at Page 37 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, more particularly described as follows; Begin at the northwest corner of said Lot 20; thence S89 degrees 50 minutes 40 seconds E along the north line of said Lot 20, 49.50 feet to the northeast corner thereof; thence continue S89 degrees 50 minutes 40 seconds E along the north line of said Lot 22, 7.63 feet; thence S2 degrees 00 minutes 54 seconds E, 110.18 feet to the south line of said Lot 22; thence N89 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds W along the south line of said Lot 22, 7.51 feet to the southwest corner thereof; thence continue N89 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds W along the south line of said Lot 20, 50.00 feet to the southwest corner thereof; thence N 1 degrees 49 minutes 14 seconds W along the west line of said Lot 20, 110.16 feet to the Point of Beginning.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy to your written defenses, if any, to this action on Phelan Hallinan Diamond & Jones, PLLC, attorneys for plaintiff, whose address is 2001 NW 64th Street, Suite 100, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, either before or immediately thereafter, March 4, 2019 otherwise a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
