NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 24, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 2018 CA 002141 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST 2015-4, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and ROBERT and AMY BECKMANN, et al, are Defendants. The clerk KAREN E. RUSHING shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Sarasota County's On Line Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on April 24, 2019, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in SARASOTA County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 45, PALMER GLEN, PHASE 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
