NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, I will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, on February 12, 2019, via internet at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 a.m., in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The legal description of the property being sold is described as:
Lot 11, TWIN LAUREL ESTATES, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 43, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
The Property or its address is commonly known as 1104 Twin Laurel Boulevard, Nokomis, Florida 34275.
