NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2019 and entered in Case No. 14-CA-005896, Division K of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A, is the Plaintiff and SHANETEL DAVIS; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCIAL CORPORATION, DREW TRUST HOLDINGS, LLC, ANY UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1, are Defendants, The Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on February 22, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF HILLSBOROUGH, STATE OF FLORIDA BEING KNOWN AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
LOT 17 AND THE EAST 45 FEET OF LOT 16, BLOCK 4, SCHNEIDER SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH 5 FEET OF CLOSED ALLEY LYING NORTH OF DESCRBIED PROPERTY.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
