NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 31, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-008238-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and DONALD R. STEPHENS, MIA M. STEPHENS, LAKE SAWYER SOUTH COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of March, 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 31, Lake Sawyer South Phase 5, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 76, Pages 40 through 44, inclusive, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
