NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2019, and entered in 2018-CA-008232-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R11 is the Plaintiff and BRUCE L. WEDLUND; TERESSA I. WEDLUND; PIEDMONT PARK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Tiffany Moore Russell as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on February 25, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
