Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 16, 2019, , in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, the office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 35, PHASE 7, BAYSHORE AT VISTA CAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8286, PAGE 2384, AS AMENDED BY SIXTH AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8380, PAGE 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
