NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, number 2018-CA-19 in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, that I, Roger D. Eaton, Charlotte County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, described as:
