NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18000406CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and Michael J. Spielman; Kayla N. spielman a/k/a kayla SPielman n/k/a kayla n. diamond a/k/a kayla diamond a/k/a kayla n. childers spielman; state of florida department of revenue; unknown party #1 n/k/a john sadler; unknown party #2 n/k/a shannon sadler and unknown party #3 n/k/a jeffery kennedy, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 1st day of March, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
