NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale Date entered in Civil Case No. 2018CA000676AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2003-4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-4 is Plaintiff and KIM SONDEY, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, ANGELINA M. COLONNESO, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Manatee County's On Line Public Auction website: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on February 27, 2019, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in MANATEE County, Florida, as set forth in said Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK D, OLD GROVE AT GREENFIELD PLANTATION, PHASE III-A, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 166 THRU 171, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
