NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 8, 2019 in Civil Case No. 11-2017-CA-000825-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2007-1 is the Plaintiff, and KATRINA BRAY; THE CITY COUNCIL OF MARCO ISLAND COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; THE CITY OF MARCO ISLAND COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Crystal K. Kinzel will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on February 28, 2019 at 11:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 149, MARCO BEACH UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE(S) 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND
THAT PART OF LOTS 20 AND 21, BLOCK 149, MARCO BEACH UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE(S) 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING BETWEEN A SOUTHERLY PROLONGATION OF THE WEST SIDE LOT LINE OF LOT 4 OF AFORESAID BLOCK 149 AND A SOUTHERLY PROLONGATION OF THE EAST SIDE LOT LINE OF AFORESAID LOT 4 OF BLOCK 149; AND LYING NORTHERLY OF THE TRAVERSE LINE DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN WARRANTY DEED FROM THE DELTONA CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE INTERNAL IMPROVEMENT TRUST FUND, DATED MARCH 14, 1985 AND RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1125, PAGES 1237-1270, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
