NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 20 2018 in Civil Case No. 11-2017-CA-001266-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-8, ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-8 is the Plaintiff, and SABRINA C. DULANEY; JEFFREY DULANEY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Crystal K Kinzel will sell to the highest bidder for cash 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on March 28, 2019 at 11:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK A, PALM RIVER ESTATES, UNIT 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 28 THROUGH 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
