NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on January 24, 2019 in Civil Case No. 16-CA-002073, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, AMERISAVE MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF PRAVEEN ELLIOTT ALLNUTT, DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A ELKA ALLNUTT; MICHAEL ELLIOTT ALLNUTT; ELKA ALLNUTT, NATURAL GUARDIAN OF GABRIEL ELLIOT ALLNUTT, A MINOR; ELKA ALLNUTT, NATURAL GUARDIAN OF RAPHAEL ELLIOTT ALLNUTT, A MINOR; ELKA ALLNUTT, NATURAL GUARDIAN OF URIEL ELLIOTT ALLNUTT, A MINOR; ELKA ALLNUTT, NATURAL GUARDIAN OF MALKA SIMA ALLNUTT, A MINOR; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on February 27, 2019 at 09:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 18, UNIT 2, SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 90 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
