CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2005-HYB4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HYB4, Plaintiff and MARK D. GRAYSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK D. GRAYSON; VERNA COLLINS-GRAYSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VERNA COLLINS-GRAYSON, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on March 1, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
