NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 25, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-03022 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWMBS, INC. CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2005-HYB4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HYB4, Plaintiff and MARK D. GRAYSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK D. GRAYSON; VERNA COLLINS-GRAYSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VERNA COLLINS-GRAYSON, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on March 1, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
