Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 23, 2019, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on April 23, 2019 the following described property:

Commence at the Southeast corner of Section 28, Township 39 South, Range 20 East; thence North 89°46'36” West along the South line of said Section 28, a distance of 967.38 feet to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of West River Road (State Road No. 777-100 feet wide right-of-way); thence North 36°47'47” West along said Easterly right-of-way line, a distance of 5268.69 feet; thence continue along said right-of-way line, North 33°56'02” West a distance of 200.25 feet; thence continue along said right-of-way line, North 36°47'47” West a distance of 100.00 feet; thence continue along said right-of-way line, North 39°39'32” West a distance of 65.30 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue along said right-of-way line, North 39°39'32” West a distance of 134.95 feet; thence continue along said right-of-way line, North 36°47'47” West a distance of 115.22 feet; thence North 53°12'13” East a distance of 1404.17 feet to the mean high water line of Myakka River; thence South 45°25'08” East along said mean high water line a distance of 252.86 feet; thence South 53°12'13” West, leaving said mean high water line, a distance of 1435.34 feet to the point of beginning.
