TRUST 2004-HE9, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-HE9 is the Plaintiff and TAMERA OMENHISER A/K/A TAMRA OMENHISER; PREFERRED RETURNS, LLC are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on February 28, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
