NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 17-CA-000890 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-2CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2CB, Plaintiff, and, DIAZ, EUNICE, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of March, 2019, the following described property:
LOT 18, BLOCK 6, PARKWAY CENTER SINGLE FAMILY PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
