NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 30th day of January 2019, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-006876, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2004-36CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-36CB, is the Plaintiff and LUELLA G. MONTJOY; CITY OF TAMPA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF COURT, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 5th day of March 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
