NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-001870-CO of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE RESIDENCE AT RENAISSANCE SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and CURTIS D. MCGEE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CURTIS D. MCGEE; REGIONS BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A CLEIDE MELO and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [ ] www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 5th day of March, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
