NOWICKI, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF STEPHEN J. SACHER A/K/A STEPHEN J. SACHER, JR. A/K/A STEVE J. SACHER, DECEASED; MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; HELEN CREVISTON A/K/A HELEN E. CREVISTON, A WARD, BY AND THROUGH HER COURT APPOINTED GUARDIAN, CHRISTA RADULOVICH; MELANIE SACHER; APRIL SACHER ZALESKI; STEPHEN J. SACHER, III are the Defendant(s).
