NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 2017 CA 5035 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein MANATEE COUNTY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC. is the Plaintiff and TASHONYA LEVATTE and MANATEE COUNTY are the Defendants, I, ANGELINA “ANGEL” COLONNESO, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 19th day of March, 2019, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at manatee.realforeclose.com the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, VILLAGE OF THE PALMS, a Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 45, Page 151 through 154, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida

Having an address of 603 11th Street Court West Palmetto, Florida 34221.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
