Mulligan a/k/a Jennie Mulligan, MidFlorida Credit Union, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Joyce Martin, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 18th day of March, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
